Job summary

G-P is seeking an experienced HR Project Delivery Manager to lead multi-country onboarding implementations for enterprise clients, sitting at the intersection of HR operations, global compliance, and customer activation.

You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, maintain compliance across jurisdictions, and drive successful activation and adoption of the platform.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Enterprise Implementation, Customer Onboarding, Technical Project Management, or Operations Delivery—ideally in EOR, Payroll, Global HR Tech, or SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end, multi-country EOR onboarding projects for enterprise clients.
• Serve as primary operations partner for enterprise Customer POCs and success teams.
• Coordinate with HR Ops regional teams, Customer Success, and Sales to align resources.
