• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, or related field; employment-law knowledge is required.
• 8+ years owning a product or service line end to end; senior leadership experience.
• Fluent English and strong executive communication skills.

• Act as the senior, client-facing product authority for HRS and drive growth through delivery excellence.
• Define and evolve commercial logic, pricing, packaging, and guardrails at scale.
• Own global standards, SLAs, and compliance across regions and delivery models.
• Translate market insights into service design, roadmap, and delivery model choices.
• Set global operating model, drive process standardisation, and scalability.
• Lead Regional Product Owners and country leads; manage cost-to-serve and profitability.
