Chromalloy Glasgow is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to support the UK site and collaborate with the Dutch CHOL team. The role covers the full employee lifecycle, data accuracy, and policy compliance.

You will handle recruitment, onboarding, records, and HR systems, ensuring timely, confidential service. Strong English is essential; Dutch language is required for cross-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and regulations.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
• Ability to manage HR data with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Dutch language skills needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day HR generalist support to managers and staff at the Glasgow site.
• Support HR administration for UK operations and cross-site coordination with CHOL in the Netherlands.
• Maintain employee records and HR systems, ensuring data protection compliance.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, job changes, absences, benefits, and leavers.
• Provide policy guidance and escalate complex employee relations as needed.
• Support performance management, training, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Generate HR reports to inform workforce planning and compliance.
