ADI Global Distribution is seeking a HR Business Partner to join our team based from our International Head Office in Oldham, Manchester. The role provides comprehensive HR support across our operations, acting as a strategic partner to local leadership to align people initiatives with business objectives.

You will build strong relationships within a matrix organisation, work with HR Centres of Excellence, and lead initiatives on employee relations, performance, talent development and engagement

Qualificações

• Progressive HR experience with business partnering across regions/countries.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Experience in a matrix organisation with cross-functional HR partners.
• Solid knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations.
• Experience in employee relations, performance management, talent development, organisational change and engagement.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills; credible with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with local leadership to understand objectives, dynamics, and talent needs.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and engagement.
• Collaborate with leaders to implement people plans supporting growth and priorities.
• Work with global HR teams to align HR policies and initiatives across regions.
• Support change initiatives and guide leaders through transitions.
• Drive engagement and retention through effective communication and local initiatives.
• Lead or support HR projects across the business.
• Identify HR trends and develop strategies with local leadership.
• Manage complex employee relations matters in line with legal requirements.
