Illuminate Financial seeks an experienced HR Business Manager to lead the HR function across the UK, US and Singapore, blending strategic, operational and tactical HR to drive policy, compliance and culture.

You will partner with the Chief of Staff/General Partner on the people agenda, advise on employment law, manage HRIS and payroll interfaces, support talent development, DEI initiatives, and ensure practical alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an HR Manager/Business Partner role, preferably within financial services.
• Experience with UK employment law and international regulations (US, Singapore).
• Proven experience handling complex Employee Relations matters.
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Comfort using AI tools to improve HR processes.

Responsabilités

• Act as a trusted advisor to Partners, aligning HR initiatives with company goals.
• Lead change initiatives including talent planning and organisational development.
• Ensure compliance across UK, US and Singapore with external counsel where needed.
• Administer and communicate employee benefits programmes.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and employee life-cycle.
