Job summary

Morgan Stanley's HR Employee Solutions team is hiring a Business Advisor to blend client-facing HR advisory work with project delivery. You will support employee relations, recruitment, compensation roundtables, and health case management, while delivering data analytics to inform decisions across the global workforce.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder influence, and ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrix environment with hybrid working considerations.

Qualifications

• Provide HR advisory across employee relations with legislative and commercial considerations.
• Influence stakeholders and work within matrix management structures.
• Support Year-End initiatives on compensation, promotions and performance management.
• Manage Occupational Health cases with risk-aware, consistent outcomes.
• Deliver timely data analytics and reporting to support decisions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, Recruitment and Compensation on recruitment.
• Coordinate international relocations and audits as needed.
• Be agile to changing priorities and evolving operating model.
• Leverage HR technologies to improve service delivery and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Advise and manage employee relations issues with best practice and legal considerations.
• Liaise with Employment Law and External Counsel when needed.
• Partner with the HRBP team on year-end compensation and promotions.
• Support occupational health case management and outcomes.
• Provide data analytics and reporting to support decisions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment activities.
• Coordinate international relocations and assignments.
• Contribute to monthly data audits and accuracy checks.
• Demonstrate agility and adapt to changing priorities.
• Adopt new HR tech to enhance service delivery.
