Job summary

• Partner with Strategic Communications EMEA Leadership Team to align people strategy with business priorities.
• Lead workforce planning and headcount strategy across EMEA.
• Oversee performance management, talent reviews and succession planning.
• Coach leaders on leadership effectiveness and development initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, culture and inclusion across regions.
• Ensure governance, compliance and employment law practices across jurisdictions.
