Job summary

Corpay is hiring a HR Advisor for the UK Employee Experience team, based in Meriden/Walsall. You’ll support HR processes, partner with UK stakeholders, and drive self-service adoption. Responsibilities include investigations, policy guidance, and employee relations support across the UK.

You will report to the Senior HR Employee Experience Manager and collaborate with the UK HR/EE team, with opportunities for training and professional development. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Generalist or Shared Services within the UK.
• Solid knowledge of UK labour laws and procedures.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience applying HR policies and handling employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with UK stakeholders to improve HR experiences.
• Encourage self-service via the HR Hub.
• Investigate issues, prepare reports, and advise on policy-based resolutions.
• Conduct exit interviews and report trends for management.
• Orient new employees and train managers on policies.
• Support day-to-day admin and reporting (FMLA/time management).
