Job summary

Corpay in Meriden/Walsall, UK, seeks an HR Advisor within the Employee Experience UK team to support operational HR processes across the UK. You will partner with UK stakeholders, provide guidance on employee relations and policies, and help drive self-service adoption via the HR Hub.

You will handle investigations, exit processes, onboarding support, and day-to-day HR administrative tasks while collaborating with the UK HR/EE team to enhance service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Up to 3 years in a HR Generalist / Shared Services environment.
• CIPD Level 5 or 5+ years of experience in HR corporate environment.
• Strong UK labour code knowledge.
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated track record of strong service delivery.
• Experience with HR tools and interfaces (Workday preferred).

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with UK stakeholders to improve HR experience.
• Promoting self-service via HR Hub.
• Acting as an employee relations resource and advising on policies and programs.
• Conducting investigations and preparing reports with recommendations.
• Conducting exit interviews and advising management on trends.
• Assisting with onboarding, orientations and policy clarifications.
• Handling day-to-day admin processes including FMLA maintenance and time management reporting.
• Staffing/turnover reporting and new hire process oversight.
• Identifying internal talent and assisting Hiring Manager and TA Partner to fill roles.
• Advising managers on employee relations issues and disciplinary actions.
• Advising on compensation, benefits, and employee services; training per policies.
