Job summary

Arrive is seeking a Head of Workplace and Facilities to lead a global team responsible for day-to-day office operations, security, and group travel. You will drive workplace strategy, consolidate offices where needed, and ensure consistency of the company’s brand experience across locations.

You’ll oversee facilities risk management, ISO audits, and sustainability reporting, while guiding a 20-person team and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to enable growth and a cohesive employee

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in Workplace, Facilities or Real Estate management within a global or multi-site organization.
• Proven leadership experience across dispersed geographies and coaching of teams.
• Experience driving workplace initiatives (office consolidations) and global brand consistency.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, HSE regulations, ESG reporting (GHG emissions, CSRD) and sustainability practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global Workplace and Facilities team across offices and locations.
• Manage facilities operations, security protocols, risk mitigation, and ISO audit support.
• Own and scale corporate travel systems and enforce travel policy for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee strategic workplace projects, including office consolidations, with strong stakeholder engagement.
• Support Sustainability reporting data collection and CSRD-related inputs.
• Drive success metrics like cost control, employee satisfaction, and timely project delivery.
