Job summary

Totum Partners is seeking a Global Head of Facilities Management to lead its worldwide property and workplace strategy from its Newport, UK base. You will steer a partnership-led, client-facing environment and act as senior property advisor on lease negotiations, portfolio optimization, and international office openings.

You will manage a complex outsourced model across FM, front of house, catering and workplace services, while partnering with Procurement to shape supplier strategy and cost

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a global FM / property function within an international law firm or comparable professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the firm’s global FM and workplace strategy across offices and regions.
• Act as senior advisor on property matters including lease negotiations and portfolio optimization.
• Drive high-quality, consistent workplace experience reflecting partners, clients and fee earners.
• Oversee a complex outsourced model across FM, front of house, catering and workplace services.
• Collaborate with Procurement and senior stakeholders on supplier strategy, contracts and cost management.
• Ensure robust compliance, risk management and health & safety in a regulated environment.
