Job summary

Totum Partners is seeking a Global Head of Facilities Management for a leading international law firm. You will lead the global FM and workplace strategy, align it with a partnership-led, client-facing environment, and act as senior advisor on property matters including leases and portfolio openings.

You will drive a high-quality workplace experience across international offices, overseeing a complex outsourced model and collaborating with Procurement on supplier strategy and cost management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a global FM/property function in a professional services firm or similar.
• Strong commercial acumen with large-budget oversight and supplier contracts.
• Track record delivering workplace strategy across multiple jurisdictions.
• Regulatory focus on compliance and risk in a regulated environment.
• Credible stakeholder manager at Partner/Board level; experienced in dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead global FM and workplace strategy aligned to a partnership-led, client-facing environment.
• Act as senior advisor on property matters including lease negotiations and portfolio optimisation.
• Drive high-quality workplace experience across offices and outsourced services.
• Manage complex outsourced model across FM, front of house, catering and workplace services.
• Partner with Procurement on supplier strategy, negotiations and cost control.
• Oversee global budgets and ensure strong financial governance.
• Ensure compliance, risk management and health & safety in a regulated setting.
• Support business continuity and resilience planning across the international footprint.
