Job summary

UWC Atlantic College seeks a Head of Systems Education Practice to lead the Professional Development and Open Curriculum strands within the Centre for Systems Transformation, Leadership and Education (C4STLE). The role reports to the Learning Innovation team and collaborates with the Head of Faculty and the Head of Social Impact Initiatives.

• Experience in leading education or professional development initiatives.
• Proven ability to design and scale education programs for diverse audiences.
• Strong strategic planning and partnership development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Professional Development initiatives for systems education.
• Oversee the Open Curriculum and public-good distribution of curricula.
• Drive revenue-generating professional development courses for financial sustainability.
• Represent the Centre for Systems Transformation in global forums.
• Operate with autonomy to grow the Centre in collaboration with Atlantic Experience.
