The International Baccalaureate Organisation (IBO) is seeking a Senior Education Systems Solutions Manager to lead the design and delivery of education system solutions across Cardiff, The Hague and Washington, DC. The role involves close partnership with regional teams, governments and international bodies to drive credible, evidence-informed reform initiatives.

Qualifications

Degree in Education, International Development or related field; postgraduate is an advantage.
Strong background in education system improvement, curriculum, or assessment expertise.
Experience in education consulting, programme or project management in international contexts.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with external partners.
Strategic, collaborative, adaptable approach balancing impact, context, delivery feasibility.

Responsibilities

Lead the design of education system solutions for complex client needs grounded in research and international practice.
Shape robust proposals for governments and international organisations.
Collaborate with regional teams throughout opportunity development, engagement, solution design and delivery.
Engage senior external stakeholders to understand reform priorities and support solution development.
Provide technical leadership for projects and ensure quality and responsiveness during delivery.
Contribute to the growth of Education Systems Solutions offerings.
