Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Product Manager to shape and drive innovative product offerings within Global IB Coverage and Global Corporate Banking in London.

You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap, coordinating with engineering, controls, finance, compliance and go-to-market teams to deliver impact across client segments. You will lead discovery, define requirements and create scalable, compliant solutions while championing operational resilience, AI-enabled innovation, and superior client

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related domain
• Deep knowledge of product development life cycle, design and analytics
• Proven ability to lead lifecycle activities from discovery to value management
• Excellent communication skills with senior leaders and diverse teams
• Experience managing complex projects across technology, operations, compliance, risk and legal
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Develops product strategy and vision that delivers customer value
• Leads discovery and market research to uncover customer solutions for the roadmap
• Maintains and evolves a product backlog aligned to strategy and value proposition
• Builds framework and tracks key success metrics: cost, features, risk and reliability
• Defines OKRs with Product Ops and monitors KPIs for reliability and performance
• Maintains comprehensive product documentation and adheres to governance and regulatory requirements
• Partners with controls, finance, compliance, legal, technology and GTM teams to deliver solutions and enable change
