Overview

Britannia Global Markets is seeking an experienced FX liquidity specialist to manage our LD4 and NY4 trading operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily functions of the FX Liquidity team.
• Monitor liquidity levels continuously and coordinate with market makers and clients as needed.
• Lead troubleshooting of major client trading issues with internal teams.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests from internal and external customers.
• Conduct historical analysis on transactional and quote data.
• Drive increased trading volume to BGM.
• Identify and pursue new trading opportunities with makers and takers.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss liquidity themes.
• Collaborate with the FX management team to develop strategy and vision for the FX business.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in FX electronic trading.
• Degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Knowledge of Matlab, R, Python, and Excel (preferred).
• Proven success in delivering results and building customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Excellent leadership and management abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
