Job summary

GTS Group Ltd. is seeking a Head of Engineering / Senior Engineering Manager in Hampshire to lead a global engineering function, shaping strategy and driving transformation across multiple international sites.

You will oversee product development, technology delivery and long-term lifecycle management, with a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality solutions and building high-performance teams in a complex manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams across international sites.
• Track record in complex electromechanical and/or software-driven product development.
• Experience taking products through full development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an engineering function across multiple international locations.
• Drive complex product development from concept to release.
• Improve engineering processes and delivery performance.
• Manage resources, risk, and competing priorities.
• Collaborate with Product, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Service, and Commercial teams.
• Develop engineering capability and succession planning.
