Job summary

Head of Engineering | Sheffield | £70k–£80k + Package

GMA Technical is working with an established engineering business to appoint an experienced Head of Engineering to lead its engineering function and play a key role in its continued growth.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an ambitious engineering professional who can combine strong technical expertise, people leadership and commercial awareness. You will have the opportunity to influence engineering strategy, shape the direction of the department and make a genuine impact on the wider success of the business.

Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will take responsibility for ensuring the engineering function is operating efficiently and effectively, while driving improvements across people, processes and performance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front and developing high-performing teams.

The role:
