Job summary

Babcock invites a Global Engineering Lead - Systems and Tools to drive engineering excellence across its international business from UK locations. You will govern the portfolio of engineering software and tools, setting standards and collaborating with specialists to deliver standardised solutions that span multiple disciplines.

You will shape tool strategy, manage suppliers and training, and influence cross-functional teams to optimise delivery for defence, aerospace and critical infrastructure

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience leading global or large-scale engineering initiatives.
• Experience translating requirements into technology/tool solutions.

Responsibilities

• Govern and develop the engineering software and tools portfolio.
• Set and enforce engineering standards across disciplines.
• Manage software capability requirements and supplier relationships.
