• Significant leadership experience in Operations within wholesale financial markets or financial services.
• Proven ability to design and improve client lifecycle processes and controls.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders and control functions.
• Experience with risk governance, regulatory obligations, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Operational Services across regions (EMEA, Americas, APAC).
• Oversee Client Lifecycle Management onboarding, reviews, and offboarding.
• Govern Reference Data management and data governance initiatives.
• Manage risk, controls, compliance, and governance forums.
