Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end outsourced service delivery across lift outs for Global Contact team.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities.
• Sponsor and oversee client migrations, onboarding, and service enhancements.
• Lead initiatives to improve efficiency through automation and process standardisation.
