Job summary

TP ICAP is seeking the Global Head of Operational Services to lead the client lifecycle management, reference data, and governance for a global group.

You will drive regional teams across EMEA, Americas and APAC, delivering operational excellence, regulatory compliance and data stewardship. The role reports to the Global Operations Leadership Team and collaborates with Compliance, Risk, Technology and Front Office to raise service quality and transformation.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in operations within wholesale financial services.
• Strong understanding of Client Lifecycle Management and KYC/AML controls.
• Proven ability to lead large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience designing and improving governance, controls and service delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Operational Services function across regions (EMEA, Americas, APAC).
• Define and execute strategy for Client Lifecycle Management and Reference Data operations.
• Oversee governance, risk, and regulatory compliance with internal controls.
• Act as senior escalation point for Operational Services matters globally.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, Technology and Front Office stakeholders.
