Job summary

Flexhire seeks a globally oriented leader to head the Innovation and AI Solutions practice, based in the US or Europe with commensurate travel. You will own the department strategy, GTM, and P&L, building from scratch to scale while delivering measurable revenue and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

Drive growth and commercial performance of the AI Solutions practice, setting revenue targets.
Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the AI Solutions division.
Identify high-value markets and AI use cases to focus on.
Engage with enterprise relationships to initiate AI discovery engagements.
Lead customer conversations and position EOS as a trusted AI partner.
Create repeatable AI offerings across domains like applied AI/ML, generative AI, autonomous systems.
Develop business cases linking AI solutions to customer outcomes.
Collaborate with sales to integrate AI into broader strategies.
Partner with engineering and services teams for delivery of AI projects.
Establish strategic partnerships with technology vendors.
Define and implement KPIs to measure AI practice success.
Recruit and develop a multidisciplinary team.
