Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Global Technology Lead to drive the technology lifecycle end-to-end, from discovery to scale, across facilities management and workplace experience. You will scout breakthrough solutions, run pilots, and partner with cross-functional teams worldwide to turn insights into strategic roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in technology leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• Proven capability in talent management, coaching, and performance appraisal.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, GDPR/CCPA, and data privacy.
• Experience leading cross-functional pilots and scaling programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, run, and evaluate cross-functional pilots for AI, robotics, and low-code platforms.
• Lead and mentor a distributed team of 5 technology professionals across EMEA and the US.
• Develop dashboards and real-time reporting to inform governance and business decisions.
• Translate technical insights into strategic roadmaps for executive leadership.
