Job summary

AutogenAI seeks a Head of Engineering to own the technical strategy, operational health and engineering culture across London and the US. You will lead through 2-3 Tech Leads and be accountable for the output, quality and wellbeing of a ~15 developer team.

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will shape the Build organisation, align engineering with product and design, and drive a continuous deployment culture across a global, always-on SaaS business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a global engineering organisation
• Experience coaching 2-3 Tech Leads
• Proven track record building scalable SaaS platforms

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the technical strategy and engineering roadmap across regions.
• Improve delivery processes, standards, on-call and incident practices for reliability.
• Directly manage 2-3 Tech Leads and oversee a ~15-person developer team.
• Lead global collaboration across London, NYC, Washington DC and other regions.
• Define engineering culture, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
