Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an agile Talent Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract to own end-to-end GTM recruitment across multiple regions, including Enterprise Sales, Field Alliances, CEGA, and Field Engineering. You will manage 8–10 concurrent requisitions across EMENA, Americas, and APAC with rapid delivery and data hygiene.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in full-lifecycle recruitment within fast-paced B2B enterprise software, SaaS, or high-growth tech environments.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting across complex sales and technical go-to-market disciplines.
• Experience of hiring first-in-country GTM hires or in emerging regions desired but not essential.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm and practical experience using AI productivity, search, or sourcing tools to streamline recruiting workflows.
• Ability to balance a high-volume, multi-disciplinary portfolio across global time zones.
• Proficient in direct talent identification and engagement strategies.
• Experience managing complex compensation packages across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for diverse, multi-region go-to-market disciplines across Enterprise Sales, Field Alliances, CEGA and Field Engineering.
• Balance managing 8–10 concurrent requisitions across multiple time zones with high velocity and data hygiene.
• Champion an AI-native approach to talent acquisition with AI-augmented tooling and automation in Ashby.
• Design and implement structured automations, trigger-based communications, and stage gates to reduce manual bottlenecks.
• Lead kick-off sessions, build competency scorecards, and conduct weekly pipeline reviews and reporting.
