Job summary

London Business School is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to join our FP&A team. You will partner with senior leaders to shape strategic decision‑making through insight, robust forecasting and high-quality financial advice.

In this hybrid role, you will lead long‑term plans, annual budgets and forecasts, while engaging stakeholders across the School. You will support decision‑making with analytical insight, build financial models and provide timely reporting of performance.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with professional credential
• Experience building financial models and advising senior leaders
• Strong FP&A and business partnering background

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior FP&A member providing financial insight to executives
• Lead long-term plans, budgets and forecasts with stakeholders
• Provide day-to-day financial support and timely reporting of revenue, costs and performance
• Develop financial models to support strategic planning and business cases
• Support new initiatives and strategic projects with analysis and advice
• Manage a small team delivering high-quality analysis and reports
• Collaborate with departments to align goals and financial information
• Produce complex reports and support cross-functional planning
• Advise on policies, procedures and compliance
• Monitor third-party supplier performance and ensure service levels
