Job summary

Croud is seeking a highly collaborative Group FP&A Business Partner to join our global finance team, reporting directly to the Head of Group FP&A. You will be a core link between Finance, Operations, and senior executive management across UK and US hubs.

The role focuses on migrating us to automated, scalable workflows, co-leading budgeting and forecasting, building robust financial models, and supporting M&A and strategic planning with clear insights for decision-making.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent professional qualification.
• 4+ years in FP&A or Commercial Finance in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Global cross-functional leadership and partnering with UK/US teams.
• Plan, forecast and model scenarios to support strategic decisions.
• Deliver monthly board packs and executive commentary.
• Assist with M&A due diligence and integration support.
• Drive operating model transformation and automation initiatives.
