Job summary

Orange Amplifiers seeks a senior, hands-on leader to shape our global digital strategy and accelerate D2C growth in Europe and the USA. You will own the complete online customer journey—from discovery to purchase, retention and advocacy, and you will build CRM-driven lifecycle programs to deepen customer relationships across channels.

You will own the Shopify roadmap, drive acquisition via Google Ads, Meta Ads, paid search and social, oversee SEO, and ensure a consistent brand voice.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of relevant digital growth experience.
• Experience in global, full-funnel growth and multi-market strategy.
• Ability to translate data into commercial action and roadmap decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own global digital growth and CRM strategy across markets.
• Lead Shopify roadmap and online customer journey from discovery to advocacy.
• Drive acquisition and discoverability through paid/organic channels and SEO.
• Develop lifecycle, loyalty and customer lifetime value initiatives with first-party data.
