Job summary

Living Things seeks an ambitious E-Commerce Manager to own its online channels end-to-end, from strategy to execution. You will drive growth across Shopify, TikTok Shop, Faire and Amazon, deciding product range, merchandising and promotional mechanics to convert traffic into revenue.

You will lead CRO initiatives, optimize the customer journey, and manage agency relationships while collaborating closely with Marketing to align brand and e-commerce activity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in e-commerce, DTC or consumer brand growth.
• Experience scaling early-stage D2C brands towards high monthly revenue.
• Commercial mindset with proven revenue growth.
• Hands-on Shopify experience and backend familiarity.
• Experience managing paid channels/agencies with CAC/ROAS focus.
• CRM exposure across TikTok Shop, Faire and Amazon; email retention tools.

Responsibilities

• Own trading across all e-commerce channels (Shopify, TikTok Shop, Faire and Amazon).
• Plan and execute a digital trading calendar for launches, promotions and seasonal moments.
• Own the website merchandising, PDPs, landing pages, conversion and customer UX.
• Make product, range and merchandising decisions to optimise D2C performance.
• Test and iterate promotional mechanics to maximise revenue and margin.
• Manage TikTok Shop and Amazon agencies with clear spend targets.
• Lead paid acquisition across paid social, affiliates and paid media; monitor CAC, MER.
• Own CRO roadmap from traffic to checkout; run A/B tests and UX experiments.
• Conduct regular site audits to fix UX friction and tracking gaps.
• Analyze customer journeys to identify friction points and growth opportunities.
• Oversee Shopify roadmap and outsourced development for quality delivery.
