Job summary

Altum Consulting in London seeks an ACA-qualified Group Reporting Manager to lead the monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation and statutory reporting for a multi-entity international group in the maritime sector.

Qualifications

• ACA-qualified accountant with consolidation experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or UK GAAP.
• Experience preparing consolidated financial statements within a multi-entity group.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of the monthly, quarterly and annual group consolidation process.
• Preparation of consolidated financial statements and statutory reporting.
• Technical accounting support across the group, including accounting papers and policy development.
• Management of the year-end audit process and coordination with external auditors.
• Oversight of intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation and complex accounting matters.
• Support for finance transformation and systems enhancement initiatives.
• Collaboration with finance teams across multiple international jurisdictions.
