Job summary

IG Group is seeking a Group Reporting Manager to join the Group Reporting team in London. You will own the month-end close and consolidation, oversee multi-currency translations, and manage interim and year-end reporting for the IG Group, coordinating with stakeholders across international sites.

You will bring ACA/ACCA with 4+ years PQE, IFRS experience, and strong technical skills in HFM/OneStream/Oracle FCCS, delivering high-quality financial statements and insights.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA or local equivalent professional accounting qualification, with strong post-qualification experience (typically around 4+ years’ PQE).
• Hands-on, in-house Group consolidation and reporting experience under IFRS.
• Experience with a Group consolidation system (HFM, or a direct equivalent such as OneStream or Oracle FCCS).

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the month-end close and consolidation process for the Group in HFM.
• Perform multi-currency consolidation, including translation and elimination of foreign operations across the Group.
• Review the work of the wider Group Reporting team ahead of year-end and throughout the reporting cycle.
• Manage interim (half-year) and year-end reporting processes and financial statements.
• Lead stakeholder management with international partners on Group financial reporting matters.
• Prepare the monthly FMI pack with commentary on key drivers of performance.
• Prepare the Group’s monthly cash flow analysis and explain key movements.
• Drive continuous improvement in Group financial processes with Finance Systems and regional controllers.
