Job summary

Dr. Martens is seeking a Group Reporting Accountant to join the Financial Control team. You will help consolidate the group’s financial statements, support IFRS lease and share-based payment accounting, and contribute to quarterly and annual reporting for management and auditors.

You will work in a hybrid model with collaboration across regional finance, FP&A, and Investor Relations, bringing strong technical accounting knowledge and clear communication to drive accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA or equivalent with current IFRS knowledge.
• Experience in a large global organisation is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and produce parts of the Group's half-year and full-year consolidated financial statements and disclosure notes.
• Support IFRS 16 lease accounting and IFRS 2 share-based payments accounting; prepare Foundation journals and reconciliations.
• Prepare technical accounting papers and support monthly close, consolidation, and reporting with Group Finance.
