Job summary

Dr. Martens is seeking a Group Reporting Accountant for a 6-month fixed-term basis to drive timely, accurate group financial reporting and consolidation, collaborating with FP&A, Tax, and auditors.

You’ll own consolidation journals, intercompany eliminations, and disclosures while enhancing data quality and KPI discipline across the organisation. The role sits in Group Finance with hybrid working, reporting into the Group Reporting Manager.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) required.
• Experience in complex, multi-entity organisations with IFRS consolidation.
• Strong data and systems capability, including OneStream and ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly consolidation and high-quality group reporting.
• Prepare consolidation journals and intercompany eliminations.
• Support statutory and IFRS reporting, including disclosures.
• Provide technical accounting input on IFRS 16 and share-based payments.
• Improve data quality and streamline reporting processes across FP&A and finance teams.
