Dr. Martens Plc is seeking a Global Financial Assistant Accountant to join the Financial Control team. You will handle month-end activities, prepare journals, manage accruals and reconciliations, and support statutory audits while upholding group policies.

You will collaborate with finance teams worldwide, drive process improvements, and contribute to disciplined financial leadership. This role supports growth, profitability, and consumer-focused decision making.

Formación

• Studying towards an accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Experience in a similar finance role, ideally global or multi-site.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and ledger accuracy.
• Proficient in Excel (VLookups, pivot tables); familiarity with Dynamics is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Month-end and ledger management: journals, accruals, prepayments and provisions, balance sheet reconciliations.
• Audit, compliance and process improvement: assist with statutory audits and internal controls.
• Collaborate with global finance teams and support ad hoc projects.
