Job summary

Dr. Martens is seeking a Group Technical Reporting Manager to join the Group Reporting team.

You will lead technical accounting, IFRS reporting, and sustainability disclosures, collaborating with Finance, Investor Relations, and Risk across markets to deliver accurate, timely statements. You will own Group Accounting policies, support audits, and provide practical guidance on IFRS implementation while driving standardisation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with IFRS, consolidation and external reporting experience.
• Strong technical accounting and sustainability reporting expertise, including policy governance and readiness for UK SRS S1/S2.
• Proven experience supporting external audits and communicating with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review IFRS reporting, sustainability disclosures and statutory accounts for senior stakeholders and auditors.
• Own Group accounting policies and the accounting manual, ensuring consistency across markets.
• Provide guidance on IFRS implementation and coordinate audit and sustainability reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sustainability, Investor Relations, FP&A, Risk and Governance to improve reporting controls and standardisation.
