Qualifications

• Strong post-qualification experience in a high-growth, multi-entity business.
• Proven experience of group consolidation and statutory reporting.
• Experience leading and developing finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrity of group financial reporting while leading a financial control team.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end close at group level.
• Ensure statutory accounts, audits and regulatory compliance across the group.
• Develop group accounting policies and financial standards.
• Partner with FP&A, Tax and Treasury on reporting and cash flow.
• Support finance transformation and international projects.
