This high-impact role involves managing group financial reporting, consolidations under multiple GAAPs, and overseeing the transition to IFRS. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with experience in group finance, exceptional knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, private equity environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in group financial accounting or similar role for international consolidations.
• Proven track record with UK GAAP to IFRS transitions.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage consolidation of financial statements for a multi-GAAP, multi-currency group.
• Advise on accounting standards and liaise with external advisers.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management packs.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Support the external audit process.
