Job summary

We Do Group, an international consumer business, is seeking a Finance Controller to own the day-to-day finance function, lead the team and help build robust processes, controls and reporting as the business scales.

You’ll manage group consolidation, month-end, reporting, cash flow, budgeting and forecasting, and collaborate with senior stakeholders across international entities. This is a broad, high-visibility finance leadership role.

Qualifications

• Experience with group consolidation and intercompany eliminations.
• Strong skills in financial reporting and cash flow management.
• Experience leading a finance team.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing the finance team.
• Owning the month-end and management accounts process.
• Group reporting and consolidation across multiple international entities.
• Reviewing balance sheet integrity, accounting judgements and key financial controls.
• Coordinating year-end reporting and the external audit.
• Producing and managing forward-looking cash flow reporting.
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting across the Group.
• Improving management information and providing meaningful analysis around business performance.
• Strengthening processes and controls as the business grows.
• Identifying opportunities to improve systems, data and automation.
• Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
• Acting as a key support and trusted deputy to the Head of Finance.
