Trinity House Group seeks an experienced Group Credit Controller to own credit control across the group, spanning several countries and currencies. You will shape credit limits, terms and how the business protects its cash, partnering with sales to safeguard cashflow as the business grows.

This role requires hands-on credit control across the full lifecycle, with a proven ability to drive debtor days down and to implement proactive credit decisions that balance risk with commercial opportunity.

Qualifications

• Hands-on credit control experience across international customers.
• Able to assess risk and set credit limits
• Proven track record reducing debtor days and overdue debt

Responsabilités

• Own credit risk and collections across international base.
• Drive debtor days down with clear actions.
• Assess new/existing customers using references and payment history.
• Recommend credit limits and terms with commercial reasoning.
• Advise sales on releases/holds for over-limit customers.
• Manage credit insurance policies and brokers.
• Run customer rebates from start to finish.
• Resolve deductions and disputes with root-cause fixes.
• Produce receipts forecast and KPI commentary.
• Write and maintain group credit policy and support audits.
