Trinity House Group is seeking a Credit Control Manager for a standalone role managing the full cash cycle on-site. You’ll own the caseload from missed payments to settlements, with sign-off levels and autonomy.

You'll chase payers, set payment plans, and progress accounts through legal recovery where needed. This hands-on role requires senior credit control experience and strong Excel and reporting skills; immediate on-site availability is preferred.

• Senior-level credit control experience owning caseloads and making decisions.
• Experience agreeing payment plans and settlements with commercial awareness.
• Hands-on experience taking accounts through legal recovery processes.
• Understanding of letters before action, court claims and enforcement routes.
• Ability to chase individuals and businesses with calm, factual discussions.
• Self-starter who works independently and knows where to source information.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills to pull numbers together.

• Own your caseload from first missed payment to payment received or legal recovery.
• Agree payment plans and settlements within sign-off levels.
• Monitor payment terms and review contracts to enforceable positions.
• Chase payers by phone, email and letter, for individuals and businesses.
• Resolve disputes clearly and professionally and escalate when needed.
• Decide when an account is ready for legal action and coordinate with solicitors.
• Build case files and manage document flow to keep processes moving.
• Liaise with solicitors on timeframes and next steps, including enforcement routes.
• Collaborate with admin to gather documents and maintain case accuracy.
• Report on aged debt, payment arrangements and escalated cases for quick decisions.
