Job summary

Jobs4 is seeking a qualified accountant to join its Group Finance function. The role delivers accurate group reporting across multinational markets, partnering across strategy, technology and transformation.

You will own UK and overseas entity reporting, support the monthly consolidation, and provide IFRS guidance within a high-performing finance team. Hybrid working, bonus, private healthcare and career development are on offer.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Up-to-date IFRS knowledge and application.
• Experience with multinational group consolidations.
• Audit experience in practice or industry.
• Strong financial reporting and statutory accounting experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Eligibility to obtain UK security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support and prepare the monthly group consolidation process.
• Raise consolidation journals and review outputs.
• Assist with annual statutory accounts and group reporting disclosures.
• Provide IFRS guidance across the finance function.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and coordinate audits.
• Own reporting for UK and overseas entities and ensure compliance.
• Support month-end close and drive continuous improvement of reporting processes.
• Be a key user of financial reporting and consolidation systems.
