Job summary

Neuberger seeks an experienced asset management professional to join the EMEA Fund Data Operations team in London. You will lead and support fund-related initiatives within a regulated framework, engaging with Product Development, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Investment Risk, Portfolio Management, Client Services, IT and Operations.

You will oversee production of UCITS KIIDs, PRIIPs KIDs, SICAV KIDs, and fund lifecycle events, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant outputs, while coordinating

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in asset management or financial services.
• Extensive experience creating and overseeing PRIIPs KIDs, UCITS KIIDs, and SICAV KIDs.
• Strong understanding of fund structures, operating models, transaction cost methodologies, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage high-priority workloads, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Teamwork and prioritisation with focus on timely, high-quality delivery.
• Desirable project management experience including planning, governance and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across functions and jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production and delivery of UCITS KIIDs, PRIIPs KIDs, SICAV KIDs and updates to Prospectuses and Supplements, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manage fund lifecycle events including launches, registrations, new share classes and closures with disciplined governance.
• Ensure MiFID II reporting obligations with robust controls and audit trails.
• Demonstrate disciplined query management and timely, high-quality stakeholder responses.
• Review fund documentation to ensure processes remain fit-for-purpose and up-to-date.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely, governed decision-making.
• Demonstrate vendor management with data accuracy, SLAs, and service-delivery controls.
