Job summary

Neuberger Berman in London seeks an experienced asset management professional to lead and support fund data initiatives across our regulated products. You will engage cross-functionally with Product Development, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Investment Risk, Portfolio Management, Client Services, IT and Operations to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant fund data delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in asset management or financial services.
• Extensive experience with PRIIPs KIDs, UCITS KIIDs, and SICAV KIDs.
• Strong understanding of fund structures and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to manage high-priority workloads and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the production and delivery of fund documentation ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Lead cross-functional engagement with Product Development, Compliance, Legal, Finance, IT and Operations.
• Manage fund lifecycle events including launches and closures with governance.
• Support internal audits and issue remediation.
• Maintain robust control environment and timely responses to stakeholders.
