Job summary

Neuberger Berman in London seeks an experienced asset management professional to lead and support fund-related initiatives within the EMEA Fund Data Operations team. The role requires strong governance, regulatory understanding, and collaboration with Product Development, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Investment Risk, Portfolio Management, Client Services, IT and Operations.

You will coordinate UCITS KIIDs, PRIIPs KIDs, SICAV KIDs, fund launches, registrations and MiFID II reporting, ensuring

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in asset management or financial services.
• Extensive experience in PRIIPs KIDs, UCITS KIIDs, and SICAV KIDs.
• Strong technical understanding of fund structures and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to manage high-priority workloads and meet deadlines.
• Strong prioritisation and teamwork with focus on timely delivery.
• Project management experience is desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production of UCITS KIIDs, PRIIPs KIDs, and SICAV KIDs and updates to Prospectuses.
• Manage fund lifecycle events, launches, registrations, openings, and closures.
• Ensure MiFID II reporting obligations are met with controls and audit trails.
• Provide timely, high-quality responses to stakeholders and document actions.
• Review fund documentation and maintain governance through periodic reviews.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Risk, Portfolio Management, IT, and Operations.
• Demonstrate vendor management and oversee SLAs and contract reviews.
• Support internal audits and drive continuous governance improvements.
