Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a senior recruiter to partner with our CBO function and corporate teams across EMEA. You will drive full-cycle recruitment, build talent pipelines, and deliver a white-glove candidate experience in a fast-scaling environment.

With 5–7+ years of experience, you will influence leaders, collaborate with talent partners, and steward hiring across Sales, BD, Partnerships, Finance, Legal, People, Marketing and Communications.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for revenue-generating roles and corporate/G&A functions.
• Comfort moving between varied talent markets and calibrating hiring bars quickly.
• Strong organizational, planning, analytical and influencing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to report to leadership with clarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across our CBO function and corporate teams.
• Build pipelines for multiple requisitions and maintain high velocity hiring.
• Partner with talent partners, hiring managers, and finance to craft strategy.
• Influence business leaders on process, interview practices and decisions.
• Provide exceptional candidate experiences and manage data accurately.
