• 5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience prioritizing and leading multiple searches simultaneously.
• Demonstrable track record of advising hiring managers.
• Ability to work autonomously with urgency.
• Local to London and able to commute 2 days a week.
