Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a seasoned recruiter to join the Global Foundation Recruiting team in the United Kingdom, leading full-cycle searches across diverse functions and geographies. You will build pipelines, partner with hiring managers, HR and finance, drive inclusive hiring and teach best practices while reporting candidate data to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in high volume, general & administrative functions is a plus.
• Track record for identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional candidates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Well-developed analytical and influencing skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude and receptiveness to feedback.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Successfully bring searches to fruition and deliver exceptional experiences for candidates and hiring managers.
• Take a consultative approach, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage and drive a full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview, feedback and offers for all levels of candidates from entry to senior level.
• Build pipelines for multiple requisitions across business teams and geographies, considering diversity and the importance of balanced candidate slates.
• Drive inclusion through building diverse pipelines at the top of the funnel.
• Partner with talent partners, hiring managers, HR operations and finance to build hiring strategy and plan.
• Influence business leaders and educate hiring managers on process, interview best practices, and decision making.
• Provide exceptional candidate experiences and create new ways to surprise and delight candidates throughout the interview process.
• Accurately track candidate data and use systems correctly to be able to report to the business.
• Find the best, brightest and most passionate people for Airbnb using new and creative ways to find and engage them.
• Represent Airbnb with integrity and professionalism, speaking passionately and authentically about our mission.

Compensation & Benefits

Ireland Annual Pay Range: €68,000—€80,000 EUR

United Kingdom Annual Pay Range: £60,000—£70,000 GBP

This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and employee travel credits.
