Job summary

Edenred PayTech in the UK is hiring an International Frontline Technical Support Engineer to join the 24/7 Service Operations team. You will provide rapid technical response, advanced system monitoring, and first-line restoration of service to keep PayTech platforms stable.

Responsibilities include handling incidents, alerts and requests within SLA, leading Major Incident Management when needed, and collaborating with Problem Management to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications

• SQL complex queries and data analysis.
• Unix command-line proficiency and scripting.
• Strong client-facing communication and problem-solving skills.
• MS Office suite proficiency for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Respond rapidly to system alerts and support tickets, restoring services within SLAs.
• Manage incidents through to resolution with ownership of complex issues.
• Lead Major Incident Management activities and coordinate communications.
