AIT Worldwide Logistics seeks an International Operations Agent to coordinate daily import/export of international shipments between the United Kingdom and global destinations. You will work across air, ocean, and surface modes, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and contractual agreements.

You will partner with customers, gather necessary documentation, and set shipping schedules while maintaining high service standards and timely communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Customer focus: knowledge of customer business needs and proactive addressing of concerns.
• Professional level oral and written English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily import and export of international shipments between the UK and global destinations.
